Wedding transport works best when it is planned along with the function list. Tell us the dates of the mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception, where guests are staying and where each function is, and we will suggest how many vehicles you need and for how long. One family contact gets the drivers' numbers, so there is a single point of coordination on the day.
For close family, the Maharaja Tempo Traveller with its wide 1x1 seats is a favourite, especially for elders. Larger groups of relatives fit comfortably in a 16 seater or 20 seater, and the 26 seater tempo traveller is useful for the baraat itself. Wedding bookings use our full-day local package of 80 KM and 8 hours, which comfortably covers a function day within Delhi NCR. The package includes the driver fee and fuel. For a wedding outside Delhi, the same vehicles are billed at their outstation per km rate.

Note: Parking and entry fees are paid at actuals. Kilometres or hours used beyond the package are billed at the vehicle's per km rate. On overnight trips a driver night halt of ₹300-500 per night applies. GST, where applicable, is charged extra and shown separately on the invoice.
For destination weddings, outstation travel is billed on a minimum of 250 km per day, with the ₹600 daily driver allowance built into the per km rate. Tolls and state permit tax depend on the route; our state tax page lists the common ones.
How Families Use Our Wedding Tempo Travellers
Baraat Transport
The baraat usually gathers at one place and has to reach the venue together, dressed up and on time. A couple of large tempo travellers carry the groom's side in one go, and the drivers wait at the venue to bring everyone back after the pheras.
Guest Shuttles Between Hotel and Venue
When guests stay in hotels in Dwarka, Aerocity, Karol Bagh or Gurgaon and the functions are at a farmhouse in Chattarpur or a banquet in Rajouri Garden, a scheduled shuttle keeps the evening running. We plan pick-up rounds around function timings so nobody waits at the hotel lobby.
Multiple Vehicles for Large Guest Lists
Big weddings often need several vehicles at once: a Maharaja for grandparents, a few 20 or 26 seaters for relatives and a smaller van for station and airport pick-ups. All of them come from our own fleet, so the booking stays with one company and one bill.
Decorating the Baraat Vehicle
Families like to add flowers, ribbons or a small banner to the baraat vehicle. If you plan to decorate the vehicle, tell us while booking and we will confirm what is possible for that vehicle.
Outstation and Destination Weddings
Weddings in Jaipur, Udaipur, Rishikesh, Jim Corbett or Agra mean moving guests from Delhi and back over two or three days. Our outstation tempo traveller service handles these trips at per km rates, and the drivers stay with the group for the whole event.

We work out the number and type of vehicles and send a written quote.
Pay a 10% advance by UPI or bank transfer to block the vehicles for your dates. The balance can be paid by UPI, bank transfer or cash.
A day before the first function, you get the vehicle numbers and drivers' contact details.
On the day, one family member coordinates with the drivers, and we handle any change in timings.
Wedding season dates in November, December and February fill up quickly, so it is best to book as soon as your dates are fixed.
