Payment Policy
At Tempo Traveller in Delhi, we believe in transparent pricing and clear booking conditions to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.
Advance Payment: A minimum of 10% of the total booking amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the trip or on the day of pickup.
For Same Day Trips
70% Payment on Pickup Point
20% Payment on Drop.
For Weekend Trips
70% Payment on Pickup Point
20% Payment on last day when proceed to Delhi.
Above 5 Day Trip Payment Policy
50% Payment on Pickup Point
20% Payment in Mid of Tour.
10% on Last day when proceed to Delhi
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or any other methods mutually agreed upon.
Payment Confirmation: Please keep a copy of your payment receipt or transaction ID for future reference.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both parties.
Cancellation by Customer:- If trip is cancelled before 10 days of travel date 100% amount is refunded.
- If trip is cancelled before 7 days of travel date 50% amount is refunded.
- If trip is cancelled before 5 days of travel date amount is non-refundable.
In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural disasters, etc.), we will provide a full refund or arrange an alternate vehicle/service as per availability.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- Transaction or bank processing charges may be deducted as applicable.
Changes to Booking
- Changes to travel dates, destinations, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Please inform us in writing at the earliest to accommodate your request.
