Corporate Tempo Traveller Hire in Delhi NCR
Company travel has its own rules. The pickup has to happen at the gate at 8:30 sharp, the vehicle has to look presentable when a client steps in, and the accounts team needs a proper bill at the end of the month. We plan corporate bookings around those needs. You share the headcount, timings and pickup points, and we suggest the right vehicle, assign a driver who knows the office belts of Gurgaon, Noida and Central Delhi, and confirm everything in writing before the day.
For a small team or a visiting delegation, the 9 seater tempo traveller or the 12 seater is usually enough. Department outings and training batches fit well in the 16 seater or 20 seater. When senior management or important clients are on board, many companies choose the Maharaja Tempo Traveller with its 1x1 captain seats, or the Force Urbania Van for a more premium, car-like ride.

Our corporate fare is a simple full-day local package of 80 KM and 8 hours, which covers most office runs, client meetings and venue transfers inside Delhi NCR. The package price includes the driver fee and fuel. If your plan extends out of town, the same vehicle moves to its outstation per km rate.

Note: Parking and entry fees are paid at actuals. Kilometres or hours used beyond the package are billed at the vehicle's per km rate. On overnight trips a driver night halt of ₹300-500 per night applies. GST, where applicable, is charged extra and shown separately on the invoice.
Outstation trips are billed on a minimum of 250 km per day, with the ₹600 daily driver allowance already built into the per km rate. Tolls and state permit tax depend on the route and are explained in our tempo traveller state tax guide.

Annual offsites at resorts in Neemrana, Manesar, Damdama Lake or Sohna are a regular booking for us. The whole team boards from the office, the music system and pushback seats make the ride part of the outing, and nobody has to drive back tired after the evening session.
Client Visits and Plant Tours
When a client delegation lands for a factory visit in Bawal, Greater Noida or Sonipat, a clean tempo traveller with a courteous driver makes a better first impression than a line of hatchbacks. The driver waits through meetings and lunches within the package hours.
Employee Shuttles
For shift changes, late-night project work or a temporary office move, we run fixed-route employee shuttles from metro stations and residential pockets to the office. Ask us for a quote if you need a regular schedule over several days.
Conferences, Exhibitions and Events
Events at Yashobhoomi, Bharat Mandapam, India Expo Mart or Aerocity hotels need vehicles that run on a tight timetable between hotels and the venue. Several tempo travellers can be booked together, each with its own driver and a shared contact sheet.

GST Invoice for Company Accounts
We raise a proper GST invoice in your company's name with the trip details, so the booking can be claimed and audited without follow-ups. GST is charged extra where applicable and shown as a separate line.

We suggest the right vehicle (or a mix of vehicles) and send a written quote with the package, per km rate and likely extras.
Confirm by paying a 10% advance through UPI or bank transfer. The balance can be paid by UPI, bank transfer or cash.
A day before the trip you receive the vehicle number and driver's contact details.
After the trip we share the final bill and GST invoice with your admin or accounts team.
Because the fleet is company owned, the vehicle you confirm is the vehicle that arrives, not a last-minute substitute from a third party.
